Terms and Conditions for Sophisticated Pix Photobooth Rental Co.
Below are the Terms and Conditions that have been carefully written and placed to protect you ("The Client/Customer") and myself ("Sophisticated Pix" or "Sophisticated Pix Photobooth Rental Co"). It is recommended that you view these terms prior to booking or contacting me for services.
Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking date.

Full payment is due [5] days prior to the event. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation.

Completed contract and event waiver due [5] days prior to the event. Failure to complete may result in cancellation.

Bookings made within [3] days of the event will require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than [7] days before the event will forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional payments.

Cancellations made within [5] days of the event are non-refundable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sophisticated Pix reserves the right to offer rescheduling or a credit towards a future event.
Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed up to [10] days before the event, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within [2] days may incur an additional fee.
Service Duration and Overtime

Standard rental includes up to 6 hours of service based on the package purchased.

Additional hour(s) of Photo Booth Rental will incur an additional $100/ hour fee.

Overtime is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance or agreed upon during the event.

Holiday Fees may apply for certain public holidays.

Setup and breakdown times are not included in the rental period.
Equipment and Liability

The company ensures that all equipment is in proper working condition prior to the event.

The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the equipment due to negligence, misuse, or vandalism during the event.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, Sophisticated Pix will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation or offer a partial refund.
Space and Power Requirements

The client must provide adequate space (minimum 15 feet by 15 feet) and access to a reliable power source and WIFI access.

If outdoor setups are requested, suitable shelter must be provided to protect the equipment from weather conditions.
Guest Conduct and Safety

The client is responsible for the behavior of guests and ensuring a safe environment around the photo booth.

[Company Name] reserves the right to cease operation if there is a risk to safety, equipment, or staff.
Photo Usage and Privacy

Photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

Clients have the option to request privacy and non-disclosure of event photos.
Digital and Print Delivery

Digital copies of photos will be delivered within 24-48 hours after the event.

Printed photos are provided during the event as per the selected package.

Additional prints or digital copies can be requested at an extra cost.
Force Majeure

Sophisticated Pix is not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sophisticated Pix, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth.
Governing Law
-
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States of America, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ohio, United States of America.
By booking with Sophisticated Pix, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
